1-The processing of a reservation in any of our boats or services implies the express acceptance by the client of each and every one of the general conditions of reservation.

2-The boats or cars of other companies, are governed by the contract and the contracting policy of these companies.

3-The delivery time of boats is from 9.30am. The return of the boats at 18.30p.m., with the exception of the boats that have mooring in the port for overnight.

4-The boats with mooring in port, check in at 11am and the ckeck-out at 10am the next day, leaving an hour and a half in between to perform the cleaning of the boat.

5-At the moment of signing the contract of any vehicle, the client must possess with it the accreditations and the pertinent documents to be able to make the rental, otherwise, Formentera Bysea reserves the right to make said rental, not taking place the client to claim the payment made as a reservation.

6-In the case of vessels without the need for certification, only the identity document is required and must be over 18 years of age. The rest of our boats can be taken with titulín, PNB, PER or its international equivalent according to the length and motor.

7-In the case of automobiles you must have a valid driving license, or international permission if necessary.

8-At the time of signing the contract, the client must leave a variable amount of money in each situation, this deposit must be left without exception, with a credit card or in cash only. (Debit cards are excluded).

9-In the case of vessels without certification, the client will be provided with 30 minutes of explanation on the basic notions of the use of the boat, safety, and a map and a guide of the navigation areas will be offered. security and navigation, as well as an orientation of where the best beaches and coves of the island are located.

10-All our boats have mandatory basic insurance and passangers insurance included in the price.
